Hello!

I know it seems like forever since I last posted here. Life has certainly been crazy but I feel like we are back on track now.

I am thrilled that after about three years of designing and stitching, my Stars of the Family creation has finally come to life. This is a Block of the Month project and available for sign-ups right now. You can sign up for the pattern with foundations or as a fabric kit with the foundations and instructions. Check out the website to get the details. Registration is open until March 24th when orders will start shipping.

We are currently vending at the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Show in Hampton, Virginia. Donald, Laura and Benjamin came down Friday night to help us out. We will be heading back up to their house for a few days. We are coordinating a few new designs, timelines and other things while there. Laura got a new long-arm machine here at the show and is really anxious to get it home and set up so she can start playing. Can't say I blame her!

We have a new Swirling LoneStar quilt in the most yummy batik fabrics. This pattern gives the feeling of lots of movement and is so fun to make. Its much easier than it looks – and so impressive!

Have you seen Julia McLeod's beautiful Pineapple Kaleidoscope? She made hers from gorgeous silks. I made my sample with Kaffe fabrics and I love them both.
