Pineapple Blossom

Just a short note today.  Hope you all had a nice weekend.  Our beautiful weather held, the dog got his haircut and I did a little work in the garden.  I'm a little late with my vegetable garden but I wasn't anxious to put plants out when we were still having such cold nights.  It will be a couple more days before I have the garden ready to go but I'm sure we will have an ample crop.

I worked on the Pineapple Blossom quilt and finished the last block today.  I was being very good about adding each row as I got them made so tomorrow, the small border will go on and then to the quilting machine.  Yahoo!  This quilt measures 104" x 104" when finished.  This particular quilt was made using Kaffe Fassett fabrics but it could also be made from scraps.  I have seen some beautiful scrap quilts in this pattern, so if you are looking for something to help get that stash down, this is a good one.
